No game account to delete

Crash Yard does not create a user account. Your progress and virtual-item balance are stored on your device. This page covers local data and information processed by our service providers.

Delete local game data

On Android, use Settings → Apps → Crash Yard → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. On iOS, use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Crash Yard → Delete App (not Offload App). Device backups may retain a copy; manage those through your device or backup provider. This removes progress, settings, and consumable balances and cannot be undone by the developer. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored with the original store account.

Manage analytics and advertising

Open the game's Privacy & Support screen to turn optional gameplay analytics off and revisit available advertising privacy choices. On iOS, tracking permission is controlled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Device settings also provide advertising-identifier controls. Resetting an identifier or deleting the app does not automatically delete historical service records.

Request help or deletion

Email nate.just.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Crash Yard privacy request.” Describe the data you want deleted, your platform, and any support correspondence involved. For analytics requests, you may include the app-instance ID available through the in-game privacy screen while analytics is enabled. Do not send passwords or card details. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain what can be deleted. Local data is under your control; without an account we may be unable to associate historical pseudonymous analytics or advertising records with your email. Store transaction records, fraud-prevention records, and records required by law may need to be retained. Apple and Google also provide their own privacy and deletion tools.
