THE YARD OFFICE
Privacy policy
Clear information about Crash Yard, this website, and your choices.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Who we are
Crash Yard is a mobile demolition game provided by the independent developer nate.just.dev. For privacy or support requests, email nate.just.dev@gmail.com. This policy covers the Crash Yard app on Android and iOS and this website.
Game progress and purchases
The game stores progress, currency balances, machine ownership, upgrades, preferences, reward history, and purchase transaction identifiers on your device. Crash Yard does not require an account and does not currently provide developer-operated cloud save. Deleting local data can permanently remove progress and consumable balances.
Google Play or Apple processes payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product information, purchase status, and transaction information to deliver purchases and restore eligible non-consumable purchases. The stores process payment and fraud-prevention data under their own policies.
Advertising
Crash Yard uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at breaks between campaign jobs. AdMob and its partners may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad views and clicks, and diagnostics to deliver ads, measure performance, limit fraud, and, where permitted, personalize ads. We do not request precise device location.
Privacy choices are presented through Google's User Messaging Platform where required. You can revisit available choices in the game's Privacy & Support screen. On iOS, Apple's native App Tracking Transparency dialog controls permission for tracking across other companies' apps and websites. Refusing tracking does not prevent play or purchases. Buying Remove Ads removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.
Optional game analytics
Google Firebase Analytics helps us understand level difficulty, machine use, upgrades, rewards, and game performance. When enabled, it may process gameplay events, app-instance identifiers, device/app information, and coarse geographic information. We do not send your email, name, payment details, or full purchase receipts as analytics events. Analytics advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data consent remain disabled in our Firebase integration.
On iOS, gameplay analytics remains off unless native tracking permission is granted and the analytics setting is enabled. On Android, optional gameplay analytics is off until you enable it in Privacy & Support. You may turn it off at any time. Turning it off stops new optional events and resets the local analytics identifier; it does not automatically erase records already processed by Google.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request, investigate issues, and manage support. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
This website
This site uses Firebase Hosting. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request information for delivery, security, and operations. This website has no advertising, analytics tags, third-party fonts, account system, or tracking cookies. An email link opens your email application; it does not submit a form to us automatically.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the game, deliver requested rewards and purchases, improve gameplay with permission, handle support, and maintain security. Service providers include Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play) and Apple (App Store and iOS services). Their processing may involve transfers outside your country. Advertising disclosures and consent choices depend on your location and the partners serving an ad. We do not sell your support messages. Advertising data use may qualify as sharing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws; use the in-app privacy options and device controls to exercise applicable choices.
Retention and your rights
Local progress remains until removed from your device. Store purchase records follow the store's retention rules. Google retains service data under its applicable product settings and policies; analytics event retention is configured by the developer in Firebase/Google Analytics. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve requests and meet legal or security obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. See Data & deletion or contact us. Some records must be retained for transactions, security, or legal requirements. We will explain any applicable limitation.
Children
Crash Yard is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied personal data to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Parents can manage purchases and privacy through the device and store controls.
