Using Crash Yard

Crash Yard is provided by nate.just.dev. By using the game or website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you are under the legal age to agree, your parent or guardian must review them. Contact nate.just.dev@gmail.com with questions.

Your license

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store where you obtained it. The game, artwork, audio, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not redistribute the game, circumvent payment or security systems, exploit rewards, or use the service unlawfully. Rights granted by mandatory law remain unaffected.

Virtual items and purchases

Coins, Gems, upgrades, and cosmetic items are game features with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money. Prices and available products are shown by your store in local currency before you confirm a purchase. Store authorization is required. Consumables are used in the game and generally cannot be restored after local data is lost; eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored through Restore Purchases using the original store account.

Remove Ads removes forced interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available. Rewards require a completed qualifying ad and may have daily limits. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Refunds

Payments and refund requests are managed by Apple or Google Play according to their policies and applicable law. Nothing here limits statutory refund or consumer rights. For delivery problems, contact support with the product, platform, approximate date, and store order reference; never send card details.

Progress and availability

Progress is stored locally. Uninstalling, clearing app data, changing devices, or save corruption may cause loss of progress and consumable balances. Keep supported device backups. We may update features and balance, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. Paid content and any material changes are subject to applicable consumer protections.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, ads, analytics, and your choices. Refusing optional tracking or analytics does not block core play.

Responsibility

The game is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee error-free operation and are not responsible for indirect losses from its use. No provision excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Store terms and updates

Apple's or Google Play's applicable terms also govern downloads and payments. These terms do not replace mandatory local law. We may revise these terms; the updated version will be posted here with its date. For questions or disputes, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
